Stephen Paul Adler
Stephen Paul Adler, a senior authority in Psychoanalysis, holds a Ph.D. in Psychology and a Postdoctoral degree in Post-Traumatic Stress. Over the course of 50 years dedicated to his patients, research, and an unwavering commitment to continuous learning, he has earned 19 technical certifications in various areas of psychotherapy. His expertise in Ericksonian Hypnosis and his role as a minister in the Interfaith church have garnered worldwide recognition.
For the past 25 years, Stephen has delved deep into the teachings of Milton H. Erickson, mastering and refining the technique of hypnosis. His comprehensive understanding of Ericksonian philosophy and extensive professional experience with psychological trauma have inspired him to develop Neurobiological Resolution of Trauma, a specialized approach for healing diverse psychological traumas.
Stephen has lectured at the Universities of New York, New School for Social Research, National Psychological Association for Psychoanalysis, and the National Institute for Psychotherapies. He has also served as the international director of the New York Milton H. Erickson Society for Psychotherapy and Hypnosis.
Due to his significant contributions in the field of trauma resolution and his efforts to promote Ericksonian Hypnosis, Stephen Paul Adler is currently regarded as one of Milton H. Erickson’s foremost disciples and the only consultant certified by the ASCH – American Society of Clinical Hypnosis in Brazil.
